- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Just wanted to compliment you on the outstanding practice you have built! My recent visit on 23 October was, as usual, an excellent experience. The warm, cordial treatment I receive from everyone I deal with is a welcome change from the often callous, indifferent reception I receive from various service providers. Your new receptionist Kris is friendly, efficient and helpful. I finally met My Hygenist, Robin is always warm, friendly and GENTLE! She doesn’t scold me when she finds the inevitable “Easter Eggs” left hidden under my gums. This time it was popcorn hulls. She’s a skilled professional and I appreciate the job she does. I also appreciate the time you spend explaining what is going on in my mouth and outlining the options available to me. I never feel rushed as you are all so willing to take the time necessary to keep me informed. Thanks again for making me feel more like a friend than a patient.
